Persistent Pain

Persistent pain is a complex condition comprising many factors, which medication alone cannot address. We know that the persistent nature of pain can bring about many upsetting changes to our daily roles, responsibilities and routines, including our work life, home life and recreational life. We appreciate that living with pain can impact on our confidence, how we view ourselves and our expectations for our future. For many people this can lead us to feeling overwhelmed and isolated.

We are offering a 6-week online, group based programme of support and advice with our pain management clinicians.   In your live, online classes you will have the opportunity to hear from each of our pain specialists, learn about the key principals of pain management and be supported to develop the techniques and strategies that can help you learn to live well, despite pain.
