Dr Coman qualified as a Counselling Psychologist in 1994 and as a Clinical Psychologist in 2001.  He is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).  He has over 20 years experience working therapeutically with children and adolescents and their families.  Prior to moving to his current post he led a multidisciplinary team in Northern Health and Social Care Trust that provided assessment, consultation and therapeutic support to Care experienced and Adopted Children and those who care for them.
