As an independent practice, delivering high quality training, most of our training costs are incurred in advance of courses taking place eg trainer fees, accommodation, flights, hotel bookings etc. To ensure future sustainability if cancellations are made the following charges will be applied:

• More than six weeks prior to the event – 75% of the fee will be refunded

• Between four and six weeks prior to the event – 50% of the fee will be refunded

• Cancellations received less than four weeks before the start date of the event – no refund available (100% of the fee will be charged).

Please note – on occasions we may be able to find a substitute from our own networks. If a substitute is found, we will refund the training fee to you minus £100 administration fee. If it is not possible to find a substitute the cancellation policy, above, will be followed.
